Step-by-Step Process

How It Works

Spot an animal in need

If you see an injured, abandoned, or distressed animal, don’t wait. Every minute matters. Call our emergency rescue line immediately at (242) 357-9451 / 9452 — do not report emergencies via social media or email, as these are not monitored in real time.

We dispatch our rescue team

Once you call, our trained rescue team mobilises as quickly as possible. We operate 7 days a week and respond to reports of animal cruelty, neglect, injury, and abandonment across Nassau and surrounding areas.

The animal receives immediate care

Upon arrival at our shelter, every rescued animal is assessed by our veterinary staff and receives the medical attention they need — whether that’s emergency treatment, stabilisation, or simply a safe place to rest and recover.

Rehabilitation & rehoming

Once stable, animals enter our rehabilitation programme. We work to find each one a foster home or permanent placement through our adoption process — giving them the second chance they deserve.
