Your Adoption Journey

An adoption fee applies and includes spay/neuter, age-appropriate vaccinations, and a microchip.

1. 1Submit Your Adoption ApplicationComplete the online adoption application. Our team will review your information to help ensure the best match for both you and your future pet.
2. 2Complete a Home & Yard CheckIf your application is approved, we'll schedule a home or yard check to ensure your home provides a safe and secure environment for your new companion. Yard checks are typically completed within three working days.
3. 3Meet Your New Best FriendOnce your home check is approved, we'll invite you to the shelter to meet your chosen pet, complete the adoption agreement, and finalize the adoption.
4. 4Welcome HomeBefore you leave, we'll make sure your new companion is ready for their next adventure with identification, important care information, and guidance to help make the transition as smooth as possible.
