About Grant

Grant is a sweet, handsome boy with the softest heart. He's wonderful with his kennel mates and does well with other dogs, often finding confidence by following his furry friends' lead.

The shelter is all Grant has ever known - he arrived as just a baby - so stepping outside can feel a little scary for him. He will go on walks, especially with encouragement and a confident canine buddy by his side. He's great on a leash, just nervous about the unfamiliar world beyond the gates.

With people, Grant truly shines. He loves sitting close, soaking up affection, and happily accepting treats - and he's always smiling when he sees his caregivers coming.

Grant isn't an alpha - he's a gentle soul who simply needs a calm, loving home to help him decompress and discover how beautiful life can be. With patience, reassurance, and kindness, those little worries will melt away, revealing the amazing dog he's meant to be.
